Sophie Maree Wells makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the information, content, materials, or services offered. By booking with Sophie, you explicitly acknowledge that all Tarot readings and advice arising therefrom are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment.

 

Payment Policy

 

Tarot consultations (email readings, voice notes, zoom/online and in person):

 

1. All readings are to be paid for beforehand via secure e-payment as directed from www.sophiemareewells.com

2. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule for in person, zoom/online and voice note readings. If you do not provide this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. There is no refund or rescheduling for no-shows. For in person and zoom/online appointments, there will be a 15 minute window allowance for a late arrival, but any later than that I will consider this a no-show.

3. I do not offer refunds for my services for any reason. Please shop mindfully. Spend time exploring my platforms to get an idea of my style, approach and philosophy. 

4. Services Agreement: You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You are not paying for a product, but for my time, experience, insights and knowledge.

By enlisting the services of Sophie Maree Wells, you are agreeing to the following Code of Ethics:

 

1. Everything revealed in a reading is 100% confidential, unless there is cause to believe the client is in harm to self or others.

2. My readings are to empower the client, leading them to self trust as they connect with their intuition, and are inspired to take aligned action. 

3. I do not claim to predict your future by reading your Tarot cards. If this is the style of reading you are wanting, you may wish to seek a different reader.

4. I work with openness and transparency. If I am not able to interpret the cards clearly, I will tell you.

5. I hold safe, judgement free space. I welcome all clients, of all cultures and spiritual paths.

6. When I read your cards, they are reflective of you. I will not pretend to guess about other people in your life.

7. I will try to provide positive, practical and empowering guidance.

8. I am a lifelong learner, always trying to improve my skills. 

9. I will not work outside of my own scope. If another professional, such as a psychologist, or any other professional service for which I am not qualified, I will encourage seeking further support from an appropriate professional.

10. My intention when reading for a client, is always to serve their best interest.

11. I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that I feel I cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.
